Ye if you have medical conditions we would require your blood tests preferably done within the last three months of consulting us.
- No warranty or guarantee is provided to any user regarding the success of their weight loss or nutrition programs.
- No refunds or discounts on any programs.
- Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of your program.
- If part payments have been agreed upon, the first half is to be paid prior to starting and the second half within 20 days of the first session having been sent.
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone and the right to terminate programs.
- Any such refusals or terminations may or may not come with refunds of the fees.
- Modifications to the services and prices may change without any prior notice.
- Program extensions are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon by both parties with due commercial considerations and sessions are non-transferable.
- Prior appointments are mandatory and can be scheduled between 10 am to 7:00 pm IST; Monday to Friday.
- We respect you and want your betterment, so we expect the same from your side.
- We educate, and coach and are always there to support you with your health needs.
- Interactions either in person or over skype/ facetime, /WhatsApp so you can join from anywhere across the globe.
First, you would let us know the preferred duration and package. Then share with us a screenshot of the payment made in full with us on gutguru.swetha@gmail.com. Once the
payment is received, we will book your first appointment with Swetha at your preferred/available time slot.
Incase your body is lacking in certain vitamins and minerals we would be recommending certain supplements that would help you boost the requirements. They are not meal replacers or anything artificial. It would be a safe way to reach your fitness goals

We believe in sticking to cultural, local & seasonal foods to ensure that you can find ease in preparation not only for you but also for your family. Our meal plans include home-cooked meals with vegetables, fruits, and different grains that are seasonal and that works for your health goals. If you are someone who prefers continental food then we also curate plans accordingly.

At thegutguru, we do not believe in measuring your success with a number on the scale.
How will you then know how to look at your progress?

The right route is to look at fat loss and we can achieve that by increasing our muscle mass [which shows on the scale]. Increasing your muscle mass cuts out the fat and improves your metabolic activity.
We are looking to lose the fat and keep it off too.
We do offer combined packages however they are still customized as per individual needs as each body has different requirements.
All appointments and your Lifestyle coaching will be done by Swetha Ashok.
- Our call timings will be between 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You will have to book your appointment a day prior atleast to ensure a good amount of time is given to you.
- If you are an international client, then the timings would be discussed with you and we would
come to a common time that works for both time zones - We usually do not do consultations over the weekend but if it is a requirement it will be arranged
between 11 am to 1 pm on a Saturday.
